Dai  Jones

Dai is a very talented chef who has brought his inspired approach to cooking great food using the best locally sourced produce to The Inn At The Sticks and has caught the attention of food critics and customers alike. As a result of Dai's efforts The Inn At The Sticks was recently featured in the Guardian as being one of only three Welsh restaurants featured in the top 50 places in the UK to have Sunday lunch (only two in Carmarthenshire). This was also picked up by Wales online and The Carmarthen Journal.
