THE Restaurant - INN AT THE STICKS
The restaurant at Inn At The Sticks is everything you would hope to find in a contemporary Welsh Inn. We believe in creating dishes that are uncomplicated enough to let the produce speak for itself but are also innovative and modern.
Our ethos at Inn At The Sticks is to use local, respected suppliers for meat, fish and vegetables. Using only the best seasonally available produce gives us the ability to create modern Welsh dishes in keeping with the local area.
The restaurant itself was the second phase in the restoration of the Inn and will now also cater for breakfast for our five recently restored character guest bedrooms.
